The woman is abusing the security guard, abusing her in a filthy manner, even pulling off a guard's uniform. After this video surfaced, the police has registered a case against the woman. The court has sent the accused woman to judicial custody for 14 days.

This incident is of JP Wishtown Society of Noida. This society is in Sector-126. The name of the accused woman is Bhavya Roy, who practices in Delhi's Saket court. She lives on rent in flat number 901 of the society.

The security guard Anoop Kumar with whom Bhavya Roy misbehaved, says that he was checking the car at the gate. He told that a car was already parked at the gate, so he went to the madam and told her that it would take a few minutes, on which she got angry and got down from the car and started abusing her.

Drunk woman!

According to the news agency, this incident happened at around 5.30 pm on Saturday evening. The accused woman was in the sedan car. The security guard was entering the vehicles according to the rules of the society. When it took time, the woman got angry and started abusing her.

On Sunday, after the video went viral on social media, the police came into action and a case was registered against the woman. The woman has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. In the complaint, the security guard has claimed that the woman was intoxicated and could not even stand properly.

Police said that the medical checkup of the accused woman was done at 4.30 pm on Sunday and no alcohol was found in her blood. This could be because more than 24 hours had passed since the incident. Additional Deputy Commissioner Ashutosh Dwivedi said that his voice in the video suggests that he had taken some kind of alcohol.

What is the punishment for doing so?

The police have registered a case against the accused Bhavya Roy under sections 153-A, 323, 504, 505 (2), 506 of the IPC. If found guilty under these sections, the woman can be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

- Section 153-A: If by speech, writing, gesture or in any way any disharmony or enmity or hatred between two groups or castes on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, place of residence, language, caste or community, increases or attempts to increase, he shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

Section 323: Whoever voluntarily causes hurt or harm to anyone, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.

- Section 504: Whoever knowingly causes insult to any person or disturbs public peace, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

- Section 505(2): If any person prints or makes any such report or statement which gives rise to disharmony or enmity between two different religion, caste or community, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine. Or both can be punished.

Section 506: If any person makes criminal intimidation to someone, he shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

Who is the accused woman?

The name of the accused woman is Bhavya Roy, who is a lawyer in the Saket court located in South Delhi. In the initial interrogation, the woman told that she got married three years ago. Her husband's name is Kaustubh Chaudhary. Bhavya has told her original residence to Mehrauli in Delhi. Bhavya had rented a flat numbered 901 in JP Wishtown three months ago.
