The hearing in the matter was scheduled to be held on Tuesday in the Family Court, in which both were to appear. But neither Pawan Singh reached nor Jyoti Singh could reach the court on the date. Both of them registered their attendance by sending a petition through their lawyer.
Jyoti Singh told in his petition that he is still ill and unable to come to court. Therefore, she is registering her appearance through her advocate. However, Jyoti Singh has once again presented his claim of compensation.
