The daughter of the outpost in-charge posted in Thana Kakori, Lucknow has raised the honor of her father by becoming an IAS. His eldest daughter secured the 432nd rank in the UPSC examination on the strength of hard work and brought laurels to the entire family. Inspector Suresh Narayan Mishra told that his daughter Jyoti Mishra was promising in studies from the beginning. She did her schooling from Rae Bareli and at the age of 16, Jyoti enrolled in B.Com of Delhi University. He told that at present Jyoti Mishra is serving in the Home Ministry of Delhi. As soon as he got the news of his daughter becoming IAS by his wife, his eyes became moist with tears of joy.

Could not give time to daughter due to being in police

Jyoti Mishra's proud father told that while working in the police, he could not give time to his daughter. He only provided resources to his daughter and the daughter has made her and the whole family proud by clearing the UPSC exam with her hard work. Getting a little emotional, Suresh Narayan says that he never imposed his will on the children. Apart from Jyoti, he has two more daughters who are also studying. The entire department is congratulating her on the success of her daughter.

Officer made in second attempt at the age of 23

Jyoti Mishra, who secured the 432nd rank in the UPSC exam, has become an officer at the age of just 23. Yes, Jyoti Mishra told that this was her second attempt of UPSC examination in which she has been successful. She was not successful in the first attempt. He told that when he saw his name in the list of UPSC examination, his eyes filled with happiness and first he called his mother and sisters and gave the news. He further told that he started preparing for UPSC exam from B.Com second year itself. She says that coaching does not play as important a role in the UPSC exam as self-study. He told that he himself did self-study for a year. After this he took coaching and then he got success in the second attempt. It doesn't matter how many hours you study, he told that it is important how much diligence and how hard you are studying. At the same time, she said that whatever responsibility is given to her, she will fulfill it very well.

Father got information on duty

Sub Inspector Suresh Kumar Mishra told that on the day the UPSC result came, Jyoti first gave this good news to her mother. After this, when his wife called him, he was on his way to the court and he got emotional as soon as he heard the news that his daughter had passed the UPSC exam. He immediately called up his daughter. Both father and daughter got emotional during the phone conversation. He told that no one in the entire family could reach such a high position where Jyoti has reached.
