The protest which started regarding the Agneepath scheme of the central government has now taken a violent form. After demonstrations in several districts of UP on Thursday, youths today tried to encircle the railway track in Ballia and set a train on fire as soon as they got the chance. A roadways bus ransacked on Agra Lucknow Expressway. The sudden attack caused panic among the passengers inside. After this, the masked men vandalized the bus fiercely.

The youths blocked the highway near Mathura's ATV factory and the youth also pelted stones fiercely. Taking action on this, the police lathi-charged. On the other hand, youths have blocked the Bajna cut on Yamuna Expressway. Although the police opened it after the jam that took five minutes, but the youth are trying to jam again. In the jam near the ATV cut, the police fired in the air by lathi-charging the youth who were pelting stones.
Train set on fire in Ballia
The protest against the Agneepath scheme started from Friday morning itself. Miscreants torched a parked train in Ballia in protest against Agneepath. Many bogies of the train had to be cut and separated. Apart from this, vandalism was also done at the station in Ballia. Some miscreants blocked the Agra-Lucknow Expressway and vandalized the roadways bus. Protests were held by stopping the train in Chandauli and by protesting in Amethi. Police is on high alert in the state and trying to control the miscreants.

Students youth of Jamui of Ghazipur took to the streets. Protesting this plan of the government while protesting at Kachari Chowk in the morning. They also raised slogans against the central government. Later, the protesters left for the station.
