What is Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan?

The 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign has been started by the central government under the 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. It urges citizens to hoist the tricolor at their home to mark the 75th year of India's independence. Let us tell you that in the year 2021 to commemorate the completion of 75 years of independence, the Center had announced the initiative 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. Under this campaign, the government has set a target of hoisting the flag in 20 crore homes. The government plans to achieve this goal with Jan Bharat between 13 to 15 August.
